1. Who we are
VIPERDAM LIMITED (Company No. 17145308) is a UK private limited software company. Registered office: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact: viperotterdam@gmail.com.
2. This website
This static company website is designed to operate without advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default. Normal hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamps for delivery, abuse prevention and security.
3. Our Android applications
Body Mode and Al Imam are separate software products. Features and permissions can change between releases. Before installing an app, review its current Google Play listing, permissions and Data safety section. Where an app requests sensitive device or health-related permissions, access should occur only after the user grants the relevant Android permission.
4. Google OAuth and developer APIs
VIPERDAM’s private Developer Control Plane may use OAuth and official Google APIs for the company’s own developer accounts, applications, analytics and advertising workflows. OAuth tokens and developer credentials are intended to be stored in restricted local credential storage and are not published through this website.
Google Ads API usage is intended for VIPERDAM’s own advertising accounts. Google Ads API data is not sold or offered through a public client service.
5. Data minimisation and security
We aim to request only the information needed for an enabled feature, avoid placing secrets in public source code, redact sensitive credentials from operational logs, and use official platform authentication rather than collecting account passwords.
6. Health and wellness information
Body Mode is a wellness product, not a medical diagnostic service. Health-related information requires additional care. The app’s current release documentation and Data safety disclosure describe the data categories and controls available for that version.
7. Children and family features
Where a product includes family-oriented functionality, it is designed to use platform-appropriate controls. Parents and guardians should review the current store listing and in-app notices for the version they install.
8. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the specific product and feature. Where an application provides export, deletion or account controls, users should use those controls first. You may also contact us about a privacy request and identify the relevant application.
9. Third-party platforms
Google Play, Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob, Google Ads, GitHub and other platforms have their own privacy terms and act under their respective roles when their services are used. Links to external services are clearly presented as external destinations.
