Internal developer infrastructure

Developer Control Plane

Developer Control Plane (DCP) is VIPERDAM LIMITED’s private internal software for connecting application development, source control, publishing, analytics and advertising workflows. It is not a public SaaS product, advertising agency platform or API-resale service.

Application graph

Correlates an Android application with the correct Google Play, Firebase, analytics, advertising and GitHub resources using stable identifiers and evidence.

Policy before action

Write operations pass capability, risk, cost, lock and audit checks before provider execution.

Local-first control

The core control plane is designed to run locally for the owner rather than exposing credentials through a public multi-tenant backend.

Connected systems

The architecture is designed to work with official APIs and authenticated developer tools for Google Play, Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Analytics, AdMob, Google Ads and GitHub. Provider access remains limited by the account’s real permissions and API access level.

Google Ads usage

Google Ads integration is intended for VIPERDAM’s own advertising accounts and applications: campaign reporting, App Campaign analysis, controlled campaign management and correlation of advertising results with first-party application signals. It is not offered to external advertising clients.

Cost-control principle

The control plane is designed around a deny-by-default cost policy. Read and validation operations can be performed when allowed, while actions capable of creating paid spend or enabling billable cloud resources can be blocked unless the relevant policy explicitly allows them.

AI coding clients

AI development clients can request operations through a local Model Context Protocol gateway, but provider credentials and enforcement remain inside the control plane. The model is an operator interface, not the authority that bypasses policy.

Recovery and audit

Long-running workflows are journaled so they can resume after interruption. Ambiguous results are reconciled instead of blindly retried, and sensitive values are redacted from operational audit records.
